Well, High Barnet is the Northern most station on the Northern line and approx 10 miles from Charing Cross. In little over 30 minutes by tube you can be in Leicester Square to enjoy the delights of London. Yet Barnet is also minutes away from the Hertfordshire countryside giving residents the best of both worlds. Barnet also has some of the best schools in the UK. There's the fantastically successful QE Girls School and the very highly regarded QE Boys School.  For children of primary school age there's many great schools too including Monken Hadley School, Cromer Road School and Lyonsdown School. Barnet also has some fantastic pubs including Ye Olde Mitre Inn (very near to Wheels HQ) which was founded in 1633 and is the last surviving coaching Inn in Chipping Barnet.  There are so many great restaurants and cafe's to choose from as well, amongst our favourites are Dory's cafe, Melange, Ozzies Burrito Shack, The Hole in the Wall Cafe, Savoro and Spizzico.
